Director (code: 01)
Experience:
8 to 10 years of agency or in-house PR, incl. first-hand planning and implementation experience in the following areas:
- Management of large scale and complex projects
- Direct hands-on media relations experience in China
- Experience working with multiple client contacts at a complex global MNC with strong regional and local links
- Public affairs / advocacy
- Key influencer outreach
- Issues management and crisis communications
- Corporate social responsibility
- Brand-building
- Internal communications and community relations
- Account and team management
- Good vendor and supplier portfolio and contacts
Requirements:
- Have an existing network of media or other related parties, preferably in the corporate, IT, consumer and healthcare areas
- Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Good strategic thinking, yet also detail-oriented when needed
- Leadership and people management skills
- Must be able to flourish in a strong team environment
- Strong planning and project implementation capabilities to ensure timelines are met
Manager / Senior Executive (code: 02)
- At least 4 years PR agency experience and at least 2 years experience for Senior Account Executive.
- Strong organizational skills, strategic and creative thinking, proven media network
- Proven track record in working with MNCs and global brands in IT, financial services, automotive and healthcare categories with a balance between consumer and corporate PR.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- A team player and dedicated to continuous self-improvement

Accountant (code: 03)
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this person will be supporting all accounting duties for the office:
- Double check expenses report and cash in advance and reimbursement:
- All cash payment and bank transaction affairs
- Check monthly bank statement
- CTO & AMPS expenses entry
- Keep accounting filing
- Provides back up to FM during holidays for CTO entry, submit P.R.C. statement to Tax Bureau, and invoice issuing
- With the support of administrative staff, the candidate is also responsible for office administration to ensure effectiveness of daily operations in the Shanghai office.

Requirements:
- University degree with solid experience gained at similar positions with MNCs
- Professional certificate or designations required
- Good commend of English language
- Strong abilities to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Mature, reliable with high ethical standards and team spirit


English Editor (Native English speakers) (code: 04)

- Responsible for general revision and proof-reading of written translations from Chinese/English and English/Chinese of all types
- Support account teams in such areas as client servicing, media monitoring, new release development, market research, proposal development and promotional activities as needed

Requirements:
- Native English speaker, high proficiency in oral and reading Chinese
- University degree in mass communications, PR, marketing, journalism, business and related disciplines
- Hands-on working experience gained in the China market in journalism, public relations, editing or copywriting

Intern (code: 05)
- University students at their 3rd or 4th years of study, preferably in communications, PR, journalism, or related subjects
- Strong interest in marketing, branding and public relations
- Good market research, communication and interpersonal skills
- Eager to learn, good computer skills and fluent in both English and Chinese
