Key Responsibilities:

To receive, filter and transfer incoming calls to individual / department correctly and efficiently
To receive, welcome, book and refer visitors or candidates to the relevant individual l/ department
To source, negotiate and manage vendors of stationary and general office stuffs.
To order, pack, arrange and dispatch the stationary.
To record the usage of stationary and update the inventory on a monthly basis.
To assure the supply of drinking water, Plants, name card and so on
To receive, check, record and dispatch the incoming mails, express and parcels correctly and efficiently
To co-ordinate with delivery company to assure the outbound mails, express and samples be sent in time.
To be responsible for advice and support business department to choose delivery in the most expedite and economical method.
To organize hotel and travel reservations including tickets booking, room reservation, price negotiation, record and reports consolidation.
To support the sample delivery for specific account manager in Taiwan including category checking, labeling, packing, and sending correctly and efficiently.
To handle other secretarial & administrative issue assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

-Strong team facilitation skills.
-Computer literate.
-Excellent communicator-both oral and written communication
-Problem solving skills and process knowledge.
-Negotiation skills
-College degree or above
-Good English both in oral and written.
-At least 6 months working experience, administrative related will be a plus.
-Internship is acceptable.
