Location: Beijing, Zhong Guan Cun
Salary: 8k+ RMB/Month

Responsibilities:
- Building out of web server and application server environments
- Develop innovative methods for deploying and scaling web systems and
web conference systems.
- Install, configure, support and maintain servers and server software
in both production and test environments.
- Perform systems automation thru scripting of repetitive manual processes
- Analyze system and optimize system.
- Provides expertise on web server configuration and tuning for high
volume secure traffic environment.
- Monitors, maintains and administers system security and follows
security processes for the services resident on web servers.
- Troubleshoot system resources and performance bottlenecks for web applications

Qualifications:
- 3 years minimum experience maintaining Apache/Tomcat and IIS
servers, including domain name registration and SSL certificate, 5
years of Web Infrastructure operations experience.
- Documentation skills to prepare and maintain server documentation
for configurations, scripts, etc.
- Experience with monitoring, testing and optimizing system
availability, scalability and performance.
- Hands on expertise with the setup, configuration and testing of web
servers and application servers, for Linux/UNIX/Window platforms.
- Installs, maintains, and administers website statistics collection processes.
- Experience with PHP/Java and MySQL performance optimization
- Experience with monitoring and identifying bottlenecks
- Strongly self motivated. Ability to manage a project from beginning
to end. Ability to bring new ideas to the table.
- Strong communication skills and English/Chinese language ability.
Both written and oral.
