Company: LanguageCalls Limited
Location: Beijing, Zhong Guan Cun
Salary: 12K+ RMB/Month

Job Responsibilities
- Plan an execute system wide plans
- Manage the system administration and technical support team
- Assign and oversee tasks to employees
- Work with various departments and figure out what their needs and
requirements are
- Report to clients regarding the progress of the projects
- Able to work with employees of different skill levels and develop
them into between employees

Communication Skills
- Must be able to communicate ideas well both in writing and verbally
- Must be able to read & write in both Chinese & English
- Must be able to speak fluently in both Chinese & English

Character
- Organized / Able to organize others
- Responsible / Initiative
- Self motivated and able to motivate and encourage others.
- Able to plan in advance
- Able to focus and prioritize
- Good time management skills

Experience
- Experience managing a group of diverse employees, multi-national,
multi-lingual and multi-cultural
- Experience in a Technical Support Role (Help Desk / System
Administrator / etc)
- A strong technical background
- Working with multiple departments
- Experience working with Linux/UNIX & Windows stacks of technology.
