Job Objective
Within the framework of division HR strategies, policies, and guidelines, proactively provide successful coordination work with Business HR to support the region in achieving its business objectives

Key Results Areas

Coordinate for ECS Region and Shanghai Region
Consolidate and prepare for requested HR report
Update Org Chart and HC summary monthly, update staffing master file quarterly
Provide training tracking record to ensure the high attendance rate. Super South Region workshop preparation and relevant training report production.

Assist on HR process and follow-up
Internal Job posting in “Talent Acquisition”, CV screen on website and interview administration support for HR professional and Line manger
Prepare for the HR procedures documentation e.g. COS, LOU, Announcement etc.
Execute Intern program, including interviewing, coordinating with line Manager, duty records collection and other follow-up
Follow up contract renew for permanent staff, provide administrative support to Operations team based out of Shanghai
Documentation filing: JD of all positions, relocation, announcement, training, PDP

Provide HR Project support
Assist line manager on PDF meeting twice annually
Support line manager on Employee Survey report and focus group
Execute other ad hoc HR project e.g. 2008 Olympic Project, Region team building design etc.

Communicate and coordinate for Corporation social responsible event
CSR events preparation and execution

Knowledge & Experience:
1-2 years of progressive HR generalist experience
Experienced in full spectrum of HR Knowledge
Good at Excel and PPT
Education & Professional Qualification:
College graduate, preferably in business administration or HR related field
Language Requirements:
Excellent written and oral English & Chinese skills
Travel Requirements:
Limited travel is required
