Position SDET Lead (Exchange SE)
Location Beijing, China
顶级软件公司高薪职位~~
Qualifications
•2+ years experience in a test lead role and proven track records of excellent leadership is required; including training and mentoring of developing SDETs.
•Excellent planning, organizational, communication and motivational skills; a “lead by example” attitude.
•Excellent result driving capabilities and strong problem solving skills are desired.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin are required.
•The ability to function as an expert hands-on test engineer is a plus.
•Prior product development and in depth hands-on, working knowledge of Microsoft Server products, .NET, C/C++/C#, and AJAX is a plus
•A BA/BS degree or above in Computer Science or a related technical field
International travel is expected, with frequency based on business need.
