一. Senior Quality Assurance Engineer
Location: Beijing, China

Responsibility:
 Help define and execute the quality assurance strategy, system and operating procedures to ensure IC product quality at subcontract manufactures.
 Manage the system, metrics, and outputs from quality processes and activities that enable product quality and customer satisfaction through the value chain. Drive continuous improvement efforts.
 Publish and/or manage quality reports and activities at milestones through product launch and mass production.
 Interface with international and domestic customers and manage customer satisfactions. Resolve customer related quality issues.
 Own, organize, and lead IC FA root cause and formal issue resolution by working with engineering and operation teams. Formal reporting necessary for internal and external customers.
Qualification:
 5+ years of quality engineering or manufacturing experience in the IC or electronic manufacturing industry.
 BSEE or other related degree, MSEE is a plus.
 3. Experience with quality improvement methodology (Six Sigma, SPC, chip/board failure analysis, root cause analysis).
 2. PCBA knowledge (assembly, fabrication) is a must. Knowledge of Lead-Free, RoHS, BOM, ECN/ECO, rework.
 1. Direct customer interface experience (set-top-box or tuner module customer experience is a plus).
 Good skill in communication. Fluent in spoken and written English.

二 .Product Marketing Manager
Location: Beijing, China

Job Description:
- In conjunction with Sales and Business Development, regularly meet with key customers for roadmap update, business review, promoting the product and securing design wins at the customers..
- Develop the promotion plans, marketing strategy, forecasts, and product positioning in the marketplace. Leverage and cross functionally global resources to execute the plan and deliver customer satisfaction.
- Work with sales team in developing and maintaining key customer relationship.
- Looks for new customers to increase the market shares of products. Interface to internal product management to identify market problem, requirement and new opportunities.
- Ensures the technical presentation of the new products to the customers and to the sales force.

Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science required. MBA degree a plus.
- 2+ years SOC or DTV experience AND 2+ year BD/Marketing/Sales (4+ years proven experience)
- Desire to engage with customers is required, good business sense and judgment.
- Good presentation and negotiating skill are required.


三. Job Title: Software Test team leader
Location: Beijing, China

Responsibility:
 Setup test strategy for software based on IC products.
 Lead the software & hardware co-verification
 Lead test automation & test case development
 Lead the design of build and release process
 Help to improve the development processes

Qualification:
 Abundant experience in software testing for embedded system and familiarity with RTOS is a must
 Familiarity with advanced testing and profiling methods and tools
 Experience with FPGA prototypes and emulators
 Experience with DVB technology (MPEG2 decoding and MPEG2 TS, etc.) is a must
 Solid understanding of software development process and methodology
 Experience in Software QA is a strong plus
 Demonstrated technical leadership
 Proven good written and spoken communication skills in English
 Minimum MS with 4 years experience or BS with 5 years experience

四. Job Title: Field Application Engineer
Location: Beijing, China

Responsibility:
Acting as the technical interface to customers, collaborate with sales and marketing team to penetrate the target accounts.
 Responsible for providing on-site and network technical support to customers, including requirements analysis, product promotion and training, system evaluation, design review, prototype debug, production problem analysis, acting promptly to any technical issues of customers.
 Communicate with customers, build good relationship, collecting feedbacks, work with engineering team to improve the products and solutions.
 Aggressive in capturing new designs. Consolidate customers’ requirements for new product definition.

Candidate Qualifications:
MUST HAVE
 Good C programming skill. Have good knowledge of embedded software development and 32bits CPU system. Experience in development with RTOS, such as Nucleus, VxWorks, uCOS, Linux and so on.
 Experienced in hardware design and debugging, including schematic design, PCB layout and test/analyzing equipments usage.
 Able to analyze and resolve technical problems independently.
 Good team-player with open-minded and proactive working style
 Good presentation and communication skills in English both writing and verbal
 BSEE or above in related field.
NICE TO HAVE
 Experiences in DVB technology and/or Set-top Box design is a strong plus.
 FAE/technical support working experience in semiconductor industrial is a strong plus.
 Experience in regulatory aspects (EMC, EMI, ESD, surges, …) is a strong plus.
 Experience in developing low level software for hardware testing is a strong plus.
 Experience in high-speed PCB design and RF circuitry is a plus.

五. Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Beijing, China

Job Description:
1. Primary focus will be on managing existing accounts and developing new accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets. Work closely with Marketing and Engineering teams to deliver superior value to customers.
2. Responsible for managing accounts from opportunity development thru demand creation
• Focal point for communication with customers
• Manage the development of multi-tier relationships with the customers
• Proactively maximize customer satisfaction with Availink
3. Co-work with engineering and marketing for drive the design IN/WIN activities
• Develop and execute plans to maximize design IN/WIN of products
• Establish design IN/WIN targets and report on progress regularly
• Feed back appropriateness of fit of products to customer’s need to Marketing & Engineering
• Feedback competitive activity to Marketing
4. Development of Sales and Account plans
• Help develop and achieve Annual Sales Plan
• Develop and execute detailed account strategies to maximize Availink’s penetration at the Key Accounts
• Communicate market insights to Marketing
• Provide accurate monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts by account


Candidate Qualifications:
1. Minimum 3 years technical product sales experience in electronics/semiconductor industry, working in DTV or related industry is preferred
2. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electronics or Computer Science. MBA degree plus
3. Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with a track record of team participation
4. Highly professional appearance and presentation required
5. Good oral and written skills in English
6. Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and excellent team work skills
7. Frequent business traveling is required
