Global Integrated Solutions (GIS) is a professional conference organizer based in Shanghai. The conference and training programs that we do focus on the high-end market in China which include CEOs, Senior Managers and high level executives from both foreign and State Owned organisations and corporations.
   
   
    Global Integrated Solutions is looking for candidates (fresh graduates/6 months – 1 year experience) to join its team in building one of the largest conference organisations in Mainland China. As part of its market expansion plans, we are looking for highly motivated and suitable candidates for the positions below.     职责：
    - 每天和亚洲/全世界的高层企业领导人和首席执行官进行联系
    - 联系项目潜在的客户
    - 支持市场和项目工作
    - 具有团队精神，协助团队共同达到销售目标
    基本要求：
    - 良好的沟通能力
    - 良好的英语口语
    - 良好的学习能力
    - 积极自信
    - 有能力鼓励其他团队成员
    - 具有半年以上工作经验的将优先考虑
    - 具有展览和会议销售工作经验者将优先考虑
   
    Key responsibilities:
    -Day to day communication with high level executives and CEOs in Asia/worldwide
    -Delivering the key benefits of a product to the potential delegates
    -Supporting marketing and production with collective database information
    -Contributing effectively to the teams weekly target sales
    Basic criteria:
    -Good Communication skills
    -Good spoken English
    -Strong desire to learn and willing to work in a team
    -Positive and self-confident
    -Ability to motivate other team members
    -Candidates with more than half years experience is an advantage
