Responsibilities
- Office Stationery purchasing and maintenance
- Receive and refer visitors to the relevant individual/department.
- Sort and distribute incoming mails
- Prepare outgoing mails and parcels and maintain postage records
- Book air ticket and hotel for travelers
- Be responsible for routine administrative work as assigned
Requirements:
-College diploma or relevant
大专学历
-One year relevant work experience, or undergraduates with relevant internship experience
一年以上相关工作经验，优秀应届毕业上也可
-Elegant manners, customer oriented
举止端庄，有良好的服务意识
-Good command of English and computer
良好的英文口语和计算机能力
-Shanghai dialect is must
