Our Professional Trainee Programme Reinforce TOM Group's competitive edge in the fast-changing markets of Greater China, we aim at developing top-notched graduates to become Professional Managers in their field of work
Develop outstanding Finance, Human Resources and Legal professionals for the Group Trainees will be offered with intensive on the job and classroom training and will be led to professional and supervisory positions upon the completion of the programme

About the Programme

    * 3 different streams with structured career path (Finance / Human Resources / Legal)
    * 2-Year Programme comprises Classroom Training and On-the-Job Training

    * Trainees could get familiar with the operations of Hong Kong Headquarters during the orientation week and experience job assignment in our Business Divisions / Units in Mainland China
    * A mentor will be assigned to each trainee during the job assignment

    * Mentor and Group HR will closely monitor the development progress of each trainee. Regular performance assessment will be conducted every 3 months

    * Trainee will be entitled to Examination Leave and Fee for CPA Examination, Certified Assistant HR Professionals Examination or PRC National JudiciaryExamination
