Sales Engineer

Job Description:

1.        Establish and maintain a network of contacts in order to carry out sales objectives.

2.        Rapidly establish relations with new contacts.

3.        Develop a strategy of knowledge of the customer environment (Go strategy).

4.        Represent the company at several events (fairs, conferences) in order to develop a network of contacts; find and access the right interlocutor.

5.        Orally present arguments, propositions to IBA customers and agents.

6.        Explain solutions or technical variants to customers.

7.        Communicate new customer needs possibly leading to new developments in R&D.

8.        Efficiently communicate customer contractual demands to Production and to CS so that these demands are met and customers receive quality service.

Qualification:

1.        Bachelor degree and majored in physics or nuclear medicine.

2.        Some knowledge or experience in radioisotope synthesizing, cyclotron or accelerator is preferred.

3.        Good command of English.

4.        Efficient time management skills (visits, fairs…).

5.        Tenacity, persistent in pursuing goals.

Mechanical Sourcing Engineer

Job description:

1.  Select and qualify the suppliers of mechanical material requested for global production.

2.  Implement the assigned sourcing project.

3.  Suppliers management and maintain long-term relationship with qualified suppliers.

4.  Price negotiation and contract draft with suppliers for best price payment term and leadtime.

5.        Develop domestic sourcing plans.

Qualification:

1.      Bachelor degree and majored in Automation or Mechanical Design and Manufacture.

2.      Engineering knowledge in mechanics.

3.      Excellent English & computer skill.

4.      The competency of analysis, decision making, result driving

5.      Sense of supplier management and business knowledge.

6.      Team-work spirits and communication skill.

7.      Working under pressure.

Electrical Souring Engineer

Responsibility:

1.  Select and qualify the suppliers of electrical material requested for global production.

2.  Implement the assigned sourcing project.
