Sr. Engineering Manager – ***** China R&D
Position Summary
-This is a senior 2nd line engineering manager position reporting directly to the general
manager of **** China R&D center. Had successfully grown to about 200 people, and target
to be 300 people by end of 2009.

Qualifications
· Must have 3+ years experience as engineering manager in Multi-National company
· Proven track record and ability to hire and build up team to deliver high quality result.
· Great interpersonal skills & leadership to drive cross department initiatives with peer managers.
· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
· Good technical background with programming and object-oriented software methodology, 5+ years of experience in software engineering (using C++)
· Successful record in strategic planning
· Proven abilities in software development process and methodology to improve development quality and effectiveness.
· Experiences in desktop application development on Windows/Mac OS, Flex, Flash, Web 2.0 application are highly desired.
· MS degree in computer science or related major

Sr. Globalization QE Lead for Flex---****china R&D
Position Summary:

most widely distributed software in the world?

Desired Technical Skills:
- Experience as a QE lead responsible for managing projects and others
- Familiarity with QE Automation tools and methodologies and API testing
- Strong technical skills, including Java and JavaScript programming
- Solid knowledge of Internet technologies and trends
- Strong experiences in building applications using web technologies such as Javascript
/ ActionScript, AJAX, Flash, or Flex - Experience testing open source and/
or shrink-wrapped software for the Macintosh and Windows platforms
- Demonstrated knowledge and background in all aspects of the software development process,
including engineering, quality assurance, documentation, internationalization, and localization
- Able to grasp the scope of decisions and their impact on internationalization and localization

- Familiar with anyone of the following IDE: Visual Studio, Eclipse

- Experience with CSS and CSS-based web sites
- Experience with JavaScript, SQL and ColdFusion
