We are seeking an experienced DBA to join our Web 2.0 company. We look for someone with proven experience working with a large MySQL environment, a passion for their work and proven practical experience.
The founder of the Company is a well-known Internet pioneer from the U.S. who lives in Beijing. He has started 4 successful online companies before.
Required Skills and Experience:
o3+ years experience with database administration
oLinux and MySQL environment
oKnowledge of logical and physical database design
oKnowledge of indexing and foreign keys
oKnowledge of stored procedures and functions
oExperience with Java, PHP or other scripting languages a plus
oBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
