Underwriting Specialist（工程险核保专员）

职位描述： 
Responsibilities  

1. To execute and implement company underwriting policy. 
2. To build up and maintain a healthy portfolio in line with the company und
erwriting policy and objective.  
3. To develop and add more innovative insurance products into product basket
 in accordance with the market demand. 
4. To develop new business and to maintain the existing business. 
5. To handle and develop Engineering business.  
6. To develop business in particular area as assigned.  
7. To develop new product for particular line of business as assigned in mee
ting the market demand. 
 

Requirements  

1. Master degree & above, major in engineer.  
2. minimum half of a year experience in Civil engineering, or working experi
ence in Power Plant. 
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  
4. Good English and Mandarin speaking, writing & reading ability.  
5. Familiar with computer software applications.  
6. Great commitment and strong responsibility, self motivated.  
7. Details orientated without losing focus on big pictures. 
8. Takes initiatives with a "can do" attitude, willing to work under press
ure. 
 

主要职责 

1. 严格执行公司核保政策。负责海外工程项目的核保。 
2. 按照公司核保政策建立和维护文档。 
3. 根据市场需求更新保险产品。 
4. 巩固现有业务，并开拓新业务。 
5. 处理和发展工程险业务。 
6. 完成指派工作，开拓区域业务。 
7. 开发符合市场需求的保险产品。 
 

要求 

1. 土木工程及相关专业，硕士及以上学历。 
2.至少半年以上的实习经验在土木工程方面，或发电厂工作经验。 
3. 良好的沟通和待人接物技巧。 
4. 普通话，以及熟练的英语听、说、写的能力。（英文不流利者，勿试） 
5. 熟悉计算软件操作。 
6. 责任心强。
7. 目标明确，注重细节。 
8. 能在压力下积极主动工作。
