1. Position: Next Generation Program

Required Degree: B.S. or above

Preferred Major: Business Engineering

Requirements:

 Graduating in 2009 with a degree in business or engineering.

 Candidates must be fluent in English

 Possess strong leadership skills

 Be eager to learn and contribute to National Oilwell Varco

 Applicants must also be willing to travel internationally and adaptable to change

 Any International experience or language skills are encouraged

2. Position: Stress Analysis Engineer

Required Degree: M.S. or above

Preferred Majors:

 机械设计及理论 固体力学 工程力学 机械制造及其自动化 机械工程 结构工程 工程与项目管理

 材料力学与设计 船舶与海洋结构物设计制造 海洋工程结构 桥梁与隧道工程

Requirements:

 Majored in Mechanics/Mechanical engineering.

 Familiar with FEA software (StruCAD 3D, STAAD.Pro, ANSYS, Nastran etc.) and hand calculation.

 Familiar with related international codes and regulations, e.g. AISC, API, DNV.

 Strong technical problem resolving skills and mechanical engineering sense

3. Position: Structural / Mechanical Design Engineer

Required Degree: M.S. or above

Preferred Majors:

 结构工程 工程与项目管 材料力学与设计 船舶与海洋结构物设计制造 海洋工程结构 Structures

 桥梁与隧道工程

 Good command of AutoCAD / Solid Works/UG and PC skills

4. Position: Piping Engineer

Required Degree: M.S. or above

Preferred Majors:

Requirements:

 Familiar with piping system design according to flow diagram

 Familiar with piping support and bracket design

 Good command of English

5. Position: Electrical Engineer

Required Degree: M.S. or above

Preferred Major:

  电机与电器 Electrical Machinery and Apparatus

 电力系统及其自动化 Electric Power System and Automation

 电力电子与电力传动 Power Electronic and Power Transmission

Requirements:

 A general knowledge of motor control theory, regulator theory, as well as basic machine & automated systems power circuit design required.

 Knowledge of assembly, C, C++ and/or Pascal (Delphi) for programming board level digital controls; application of microprocessor controls (PID) for DC (SCR) drives and AC (IGBT) drives, PLC & HMI (Human-Machine Interface) programming experience a plus.

 Ability to read and speak English required for converting drawings and technical documents from English to Chinese text and skill appliance criterion, including all unit conversions.

 Familiarize mechanical-hydraulic with electrical design

 Good communication skill and team player

 

6. Position: Document Controller

Required Degree: B.S.

Preferred Major:

 英文English

Requirements:

 Good English & Chinese communication

 Initiative & team work spirit

 Good in computer operation including MS off
