岗位职责:
Responsibilities:
1.负责进行实验室无菌操作、培养基的配置、种子筛选、药瓶实验；
Responsible for aseptic processing, culture media collocation, germ filtering and drug bottle experiment in Lab;
2、通过实验筛选，单挑菌落，选择出高产BACITRACIN单菌落；通过HPLC鉴 定，选择出Xa，A，F等图谱上各自比较高的 特征单菌落；为今后基因测序等后续研究做好前期准备工作；
Screen for high Bacitracin producing strain. Use HPLC to select the high character strains for the preparation for Gene Sequence and other further research.
3、负责各种菌种冻存，在实验室完成菌种冻干等工作，保存优良菌种以备日后生产及研究之用；
In charge of the strain freezing and freeze-drying, keep the good strain for production.
4、通过查阅文献（外文数据库），独立设计生产实验工艺，提出可行性报告，完成项目工艺初步设计；
Be able to search and read foreign literature, design processing techniques independently.
5、运用常规生物化学实验技术，应用HPLC及MS等设备进行检测，对生产工艺 进 进行检验；
Skilled in HPLC and MS equipment using;
6、其他相关指定的工作。
Performs other job related duties as assigned.
岗位要求:
Qualifications:
1. 2009年应届本科及本科以上毕业生；
Fresh graduates with bachelor degree or above;
2. 生物工程（微生物研究方向）等相关专业；
Majors in Bioengineering and Biotechnology（research in microorganism）;
3. 熟悉无菌操作，发酵操作、分析仪器的操作、动手能力强；
Familiar with aseptic technique, operations of fermentation and analysis instruments; strong hand skills;
4.扎实的专业知识，优秀的英文听说读写运用能力（4级），良好的分析、组 织、计划能力；
Solid professional knowledge; excellent English (CET 4) and strong capability in analyzing, organizing and planning;
5.良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，工作积极主动、认真细心、责任感强；
Good communication skills and strong team spirit; Proactive, careful and responsible;
6. 熟练应用各类办公软件。
Be proficient in all kinds of office software;
