岗位职责:
Responsibilities:
1、负责化工部的原料及设备、器械的采购；对产品进行询价，对价格进行比较和分析（最少三家供应商）；
Invite offers, compare (at least 3 suppliers with each other) and analyze them.
2、负责制作、签订销售合同；维护与供应商良好的合作关系；
Formulate and conclude contracts with suppliers. Maintain good relationships with suppliers.
3、负责产品的出口、货物的报关、产品的包装发运等运输工作；
Responsible for product export, Cargo declaration, product packaging and d dispatching and other transportation work.
4、组织、控制交货时间、交货地点和材料的质量；就可能发生的供应商晚交货或有关质量问题、货物预计到达时间等通知有关部门；
Organize and control delivery times, arrival of goods and quality of incoming materials. Inform all related departments of foreseeable delays or problems concerning quality, ETA (estimated time of arrival) etc.
5、 发展并维护有关产品等信息的数据库；对国内及国际的价格变化、市场走向等进行分析并汇总成报告；
Develop and maintain Database of product related information. Analyze and make reports about domestic and international price changes and market trend.
6、 运用方法来降低成本，控制并持续改进采购过程；
Reduce cost by useful methods; control and continually improve purchasing processes.
7、其他指定的有关工作。
Other tasks as assigned.
岗位要求:
Qualifications:
1.2009年应届本科及本科以上毕业生；
Fresh graduates with bachelor degree or above;
2.生物技术工程等相关专业；
Majors in Bioengineering and Biotechnology;
3.扎实的专业知识，优秀的英文听说读写运用能力（6级以上），良好的分析、组 织、计划能力；
Solid professional knowledge, excellent English (CET 6 above) and strong capability in analyzing, organizing and planning;
4.良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，工作积极主动、认真细心、责任感强；
Good communication skills and strong team spirit; Proactive, careful and responsible;
5.熟练应用各类办公软件。
Be proficient in all kinds of office software;
