1、相关专业学士以上学位；

1、班主任工作经验丰富；

2、本科及以上学历；

4、年龄45周岁以下且具备中学高级职称，或年龄35周岁以下且具备中学中级职称或年龄26周岁以下且具备中学初级职称；

5、优先条件：高学历人才（硕士及以上）、高职称（中学高级教师，特级教师）；曾在省、市级以上教学比赛中获一、二等奖的骨干教师，曾获省、市级优秀教师等荣誉称号或学科带头人。能胜任双语教学者优先录用。
