工作职责：
1）为客户提供技术培训，并解决客户遇到的技术问题；
2）通过和客户沟通，推荐公司的合适产品并寻找新的应用项目；
3）帮助用户完成基于MCU的产品规划到调试；
4）对公司内部员工进行技术培训。

职位要求：
1）通信类/电子类整机专业/自动化/机电一体化/汽车电子等专业之一，本科以上学历；
2）CET四级以上水平，能熟练使用英语进行书面及口语的交流；
3）三年以上相关工作经验（重点大学应届生也可）；
4）有扎实的硬件开发基础，熟练掌握数字电路的硬件设计和调试，从事过MCU系统开发，了解数字电路接口常见问题的解决方法，了解电源的基本知识；
5）熟练掌握ARM或MCU的开发，和调试流程；
6）具备Linux等嵌入式操作系统开发经验者优先；
7）良好的团队合作意识，正直坦诚，可以建立良好的人际关系，可以和团队中的其他成员以及客户进行有效沟通；
8）有良好的职业素质和自学能力及独立工作能力，能够承担工作压力。
