1.Prepares or assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled meetings.
2.Coordinates and plans meetings,inside and outside the company. This may include the taking,typing and distributing of meeting minutes.
3.Sort prioritizes, and reply to correspondence received, answer and respond to telephone calls; maintain and update manager schedules on an ongoing basis. Handle telephone calls, incoming mail, publications and other correspondence.
4.Performs activities associated with business travel planning including; maintaining ticket records, making reservations, handling reimbursement and processing expense reports.
5.Provide oral and written translation to Division Head as required.
