Job Description:
1. Provide technical support to customer and business partner.
为客户及合作伙伴提供快速和可靠的技术支持；
2. Provide systemic training to Designing Institute engineer, System Integrator engineer and technical engineer
of business partner.
为设计院和系统集成商的工程师及合作伙伴的技术人员提供系统培训；
3. Summarize customer’s feedback and FAQ every month
每月总结技术问题，并反馈给相关部门；
4. Communicate with related Dept. for technical issue.
与相关部门沟通技术问题。
Requirement:
1. Bachelor or above degree with major in Automation Control or Electrical Engineering.
自动化控制或机电工程专业本科以上学历；
2. At least 2 years work experience in Lighting Control or Intelligent Building System, debugging and technical support within SI companies or Designing Institute.
两年以上灯光控制或楼宇控制系统, 调试和技术支持工作经验（有设计院及系统集成公司的相关经验优先考虑）；
3. Good Customers Attitude, Precise, Team work，Communication and Presentation skill.
良好的客户服务意识，严谨的工作态度，团队精神, 良好的沟通及演示能力；
4. Good learning ability and adaptability, Problem Solving & Trouble shooting skills.
良好的学习及适应能力，能够独立思考解决问题；
5. Good command of written and oral English.
良好的英语应用能力。
6. This year’s graduates with major in Automation Control or Electrical Engineering are also welcome.
