力学分析与计算工程师 (开发钻井模拟软件)    招聘人数：若干名     工作地点：北京    职位要求：固体或计算力学，流体力学（岩屑运动），岩石力学（井壁稳定），硕士及以上学历，35岁以下，数学基础好，有限元基础好，会动手编程，具沟通能力    与协作精神，头脑灵活且踏实肯干。 岗位职责：    研究石油钻井的钻井工具和技术，设计和开发IDEAS钻井模拟软件，运用IDEAS钻井模拟软件对油田现场的钻井进行计算和分析。
