Siemens Management Consulting - Associate Consultant

As an associate consultant (f/m), you will contribute to expanding and protecting the position of Siemens on the Chinese andworld markets.
Working with us, you will learn how to apply advanced concepts and methods to projects and will be an important, integral part of our team. At the same time, we will support you with continuous training and regular feedback on your personal development.
As an associate consultant, you will be integrated into a project team with experienced consultants. In this setting, you will assume responsibility from Day 1 for assignments such as:
Market and industry analyses
Competitor analyses
Compiling business plans
You must have the following qualifications:
You have completed your university degree, preferably in engineering or the natural sciences
Outstanding grades (top 10%)
Some experience in consulting or in Siemens-relevant industries (e.g., through internships)
Ability to negotiate and explain complex problems and issues in Chinese (Mandarin) and an excellent command of English
Outstanding analytical and communication skills
Ready to assume responsibility quickly
A strong personality and ability to work in a team
Mobility and flexibility
Energy and a sense of humor.
