直接上级： 高级信息资料主任
岗位职责：
1. 负责房地产数据库的录入、更新及维护；
2. 协助完成北京地区房地产市场报告；
3. 完成上级安排其它工作。
工作要求：
1. 大三以上本科在读学生；
2. 房地产经营管理等相关专业；
3. 需要2-3名实习生。
实习时间：
3-6个月，从周一到周五，早9:00至晚18：00，中午一个小时休息时间，至少保证每周出勤3天。
Reports to: Senior Information Officer
Responsibilities:
1. Gain the information of BJ areas land and projects;
2. Data input to Commercial Database;
3. Assist to make property market surveys and finish reports;
4. Some other things Senior Information Officer asked to do.
Requirements:
1. College students in 3rd year;
2. The major is real estate development or related;
3. 2-3 students are Ok.
Period:
The period would be 3-6 months, Form Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 18:00pm.
