岗位职责：
1. 协助公司物业顾问与房地产中介代理及客户沟通；
2. 协助物业顾问作接待工作；
3. 协助完成文字报告和文件；
4. 完成部门经理安排其它工作；
5. 在新城国际项目处办公。
工作要求：
1. 大三以上本科在读学生；
2. 房地产经营管理等相关专业；
3. 具有良好的英语沟通能力，能够熟练使用计算机常用办公软件；
4. 能够保证每周工作五天。
实习时间：
3-6个月，早9:00至晚18：00，中午一个小时休息时间。
Reports to: Information Officer
Responsibilities:
1. Assist to communicate with clients and agents;
2. Assist Agent to do some reception job;
3. Assist to finish some paper work;
4. Some other things the Dept Head asked to do;
5. Stay in Central Park project.
Requirements:
1. College students in 3rd year;
2. The major is real estate development or related;
3. Good written and spoken English skill and familiar with computer software;
4. Could ensure 5 working days in one week.
Period:
The period would be 3-6 months, from 9:00am to 18:00pm.
