一、设岗单位基本情况：

土木工程学院工程力学与海洋工程学科组现有在岗教师15人，其中工程院院士2人，教授5人，副教授3人，讲师5人，其中1人获国家教学名师奖，结构力学为国家精品课程，国家优秀教学团队。

目前承担土木工程，交通科学与工程学院，市政环境工程学院有关专业专业基础课程的教学工作。主要从事结构工程领域诸多方向的基础研究及系统的开发与应用等。现承担诸多国家与黑龙江自然科学基金重点与面上项目、国家重大工程灾变理论研究项目，省级攻关项目，以及横向研究项目的研究。

二、主要工作任务和职责:

1、教学方面：

• 承担面向本科生与研究生开设的有限元课程，72学时/年；
• 课程建设：打造有限元精品课程；

2、科研方面：

• 开展力学应用方向的科学研究，争取科研经费，发表高水平论文。
• 参与课题组目前承担项目的研究工作。

 

3、其他方面：

• 指导学生，具体为：指导本科生进行毕业设计，指导硕士研究生完成硕士课题；
• 参与实验室、教研室管理任务，实验室建设。

2、教育背景和资格条件：

• 最后学历、学位：985工程院校博士；第一学历：985工程院校；留学经历者优先。
• 在校期间表现突出，系统学习工程力学有关课程，成绩优异。精通力学应用方面的专业知识。

3、教学方面要求：

• 熟练使用 MS Powerpoint等教学工具。
• 对于课程建设和改革具有独到的见解和思路。

4、科研方面要求：

• 系统掌握工程力学方面的专业知识和专业技能。
• 了解力学相关应用领域的国际前沿。
• 具备较强的用英文撰写、发表高水平科技论文的能力和潜力。
• 具有独立进行科研项目的经验；能够独立撰写项目报告。

5、其他要求：

• 具备一定的组织、规划和领导能力。
• 可以并愿意在需要的时候接受培训。

Job Description:

The Section of Engineering Mechanics & Ocean Engineering in School of Civil Engineering at Harbin Institute of Technology is seeking one motivated and dynamic candidate with expertise principally in the following multidisciplinary areas: Engineering Mechanics or Structural Engineering.

 (1) Teaching：

(a) Undertake course for both undergraduates and graduates, 72 hours/year;

(b) Curriculum construction: build the quality course of Finite Element Methodologies.

(2) Scientific research：

(a) Conduct research on application of mechanics in engineering fields, promote funding proposal and publish quality research papers;

(b) Take part in the research projects from the Section of Engineering Mechanics & Ocean Engineering.

(3) Others：

(a) Guide and supervise undergraduates/graduates to complete Bachelor/Master project;

(b) Participate in teaching and research management of the Section of Engineering Mechanics & Ocean Engineering.

Requirements：

(1) Educational background

(a)Final qualification and degree: a doctor's degree from 985^# engineering universities is required; the first academic degree: in 985^# engineering universities; overseas study experience is preferred;

(b) Applicants should have outstanding performance, learn courses in direction of Engineering Mechanics or Structural Engineering systematically and have outstanding marks in the university. The expertise is required in the field of Engineering Mechanics or Structural Engineering.

(2) Requirements of teaching and research

(a) Skilled use of MS PowerPoint, PDF, CAJ and other teaching tools;

(b) Unique insights and ideas towards course construction and reform;

(3) Scientific research

(a)Master professional knowledge and professional skills in filed of Engineering Mechanics or Structural Engineering;

(b)Learn international frontier of Engineering Mechanics or Structural Engineering.

(c)Strong capacity and potential in writing English and publishing high-level scientific and technological papers.

(d) Experience in participating in research projects and ability to compose project proposal independently.

(3) Other requirements

(a) Skills in organizing, planning and leading.

(b) Willing to receive training when needed.
