一、设岗单位基本情况

土木工程学院混凝土结构与砌体结构学科组现有在岗教师14人，其中教授4人，副教授9人，讲师1人。主要承担面向土木工程领域的钢筋混凝土结构及砌体结构的课程教学和研究生培养工作。承担的本科生与研究生教学课程包括"混凝土结构设计原理"、"混凝土及砌体结构设计"、"预应力混凝土结构"、"高等钢筋混凝土结构学"、"结构概念与体系"、"工程鉴定分析与加固"等。主要从事预应力混凝土结构、配筋砌体结构、结构抗火、建筑工程事故分析与加固改造等基础研究与重大工程应用。近年来发表相关学术论文200余篇，其中被SCI、EI收录论文50余篇。现承担国家自然科学基金、黑龙江省自然科学基金等多项研究课题。

二、主要工作任务和职责

1、教学方面

承担面向本科生开设的混凝土结构与砌体结构的相关课程，50学时/年。

2、科研方面

至少可开展以下三个科研方向之一：

• 混凝土结构有限元分析与计算
• 预应力混凝土结构
• 结构抗火

3、其他方面

• 指导学生，具体为：指导本科生进行毕业设计，协助研究所指导硕士研究生完成硕士课题；
• 参与本学科组学科建设以及相关日常任务。

• 最后学历、学位：985工程院校博士；第一学历：985工程院校；留学经历者优先；
• 在校期间表现突出，系统学习过结构工程专业尤其是混凝土及砌体结构方向的专业课程，成绩优异。精通混凝土、砌体应用方面的专业知识。

3、教学方面要求

• 熟练使用 MS Powerpoint/PDF/CAJ及其他教学工具；
• 对于课程建设和改革具有独到的见解和思路。

4、科研方面要求

• 系统掌握混凝土结构及砌体结构方面的专业知识和专业技能；
• 了解新型混凝土结构/砌体结构/结构抗火及相关应用技术领域的国际前沿；
• 具备较强的用英文撰写、发表高水平科技论文的能力和潜力；
• 具有参与科研项目的经验；能够独立撰写项目报告。

5、其他要求

• 具备一定的组织、规划和领导能力；
• 可以并愿意在需要的时候接受培训。

Faculty of Concrete and Masonry Structures, School of Civil Engineering

The faculty of Concrete and Masonry Structures has 14 academic staff, including 4 professors, 9 associate professors and 1 lecturer. The faculty provides coursework for undergraduate and postgraduate students in the field of reinforced concrete and masonry structures. The offered courses include ‘Design Principle of Concrete Structures', ‘Structural Design for Concrete and Masonry Structures', ‘Pre-tensioned Concrete Structures', ‘Advanced Reinforced-Concrete Structures', ‘Structural Concepts and Structural Systems', ‘Structural Identification and Structural Reinforcement', et al.

The faculty has proven research expertise in fields such as:

1. Pre-tensioned concrete structure
2. Reinforced masonry structure
3. Fire resistance of structures
4. Engineering accident analysis
5. Structure reinforcement and modification

This faculty has published more than 200 papers in recent years, in which more than 50 are collected by SCI or EI. Many research projects like the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the National Natural Science Foundation of Hei Longjiang are on board right now.

Job Description

The faculty of Concrete and Masonry Structures in School of Civil Engineering at Harbin Institute of Technology is seeking for one motivated and dynamic candidate with expertise principally in the following areas: Finite element analysis on concrete structures, Pre-tensioned concrete structures, and Fire-resistance of structures.

 

(1) Teaching

Teach one of the courses in the field of Concrete and Masonry Structures for the undergraduate students, 50hours/year;

(2) Scientific research

Conduct research on at least one of the following area: Finite element analysis on concrete structures, Pre-tensioned concrete structures, and Fire-resistance of structures;

(3) Others

(a) Guide students, in details: guide graduate design for undergraduates, and assist the institute to guide the completion of Master project;

(b) Participate in daily teaching and research management and assistant tasks.

Qualification for the Position

The role requires excellent communication skills, sound administration experience, an ability to further develop the curriculum, and an ability to work well within a collaborative team.

(1) Educational background

(a) Ph.D. awarded by 985 engineering universities; the first academic degree should be awarded from 985 engineering universities; overseas study experience is preferred.

(b) Outstanding academic performance during undergraduate and postgraduate study; have learned courses in the field of structural engineering especially in concrete and masonry structures.

(2) Teaching

(a) Solid skill of MS PowerPoint, PDF, CAJ and other teaching tools;

(b) Unique insights and ideas towards course construction and reform.

(3) Scientific research

(a) Strong background in concrete and masonry structures;

(b) Be familiar with the international frontier of new concrete structures, new masonry structures, and fire-resistance of structures;

(c) Fluency in speaking and academic writing in English, have the ability to publish papers in high-level scientific and technological national or international journals

(d) Have experience in participating research projects and able to compose project report independently.

(4) Others

(a) Have a certain degree of organization, planning and leadership skills.

(b) Be able to and willing to receive training when needed.
