TITLE: Production Support Analyst

General summary of Duties/Responsibilities

You will be joining a global team, working closely with colleagues who are based in the UK and US； you will need to communicate in English both by telephone and email. Our client is a major international investment bank； we develop, maintain and support their global 24 hour production environment.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor degree or above in IT related field
• Excellent spoken and written English，must be good enough to speak confidently to people around the world
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to handle pressure as well as effective communicate and interpersonal skills
• Can demonstrate problem solving skills
• Must be able to work under own initiative
• Be innovative and able to design new solutions quickly
• Have the potential to learn quickly. Initiative and conscientious is a must

Desirable Skills

• Production /Technical support experience would be an advantage
• Unix or Linux knowledge
• SQL skills and database knowledge

TITLE:  Support Analyst.

Mandatory Skills

• Bachelor degree or above in IT related field
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Understand basic database principles, capable of forming basic database queries
• Basic exposure to UNIX knowledge required
• Good understanding of Software development
• Commitment to self-improvement and service-improvement
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to handle pressure as well as effective communicate and interpersonal skills
• Can demonstrate problem solving skills
• Must be able to work under own initiative
• Be innovative and able to design new solutions quickly
• Have the potential to learn quickly. Initiative and conscientious is a must

Desirable Skills(Please describe in bulletin points)

·        System Support related experience is preferred

·        Basic SQL knowledge helpful

·        Previous exposure to a controlled batched environment
