Responsibilities will include:
Design, implementation and maintenance of Policy Enforcement components using Win32, COM and Windows Programming.
Working with Senior Windows Engineers to do the technical design from the requirements.
Prototyping new features to determine feasibility and time estimates for implementation of new features.
Interacting with other engineering teams to review designs and to define interfaces between various components.
Requirements:
MS degree in computer science or electrical engineering, BS/MS in engineering degree with emphasis or strong working knowledge of Computer Science.
2-4 years of C/C experience on the Windows platform.
Strong C/C programming skills.
Strong Object-oriented analysis and design skills.
Must have some WIN32 API knowledge.
Knowledge/Experience with COM/DCOM is a plus.
Knowledge/Experience with MAPI and/or WinINet API is a plus.
Working knowledge of the Browser Helper Object, COM Plug-In, or Office SDK is a plus.
Working knowledge of the Outlook Object Model, Browser Object Model, or XML DOM is a plus.
Understanding of Windows Registry and Windows File System is desirable.
Knowledge/experience with Java and related technologies is a plus.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Strong product quality awareness.
The position is for a number of junior to middle software engineers on the enforcer team.
