Our client currently has openings for “Boutique Assistant” in Beijing & Hangzhou and primarily targets fresh graduates with certain internship/Part-time experience. Candidates’ English level needs to be good enough for email exchanges and handling customer enquiry calls. Core Responsibilities include:
1.Provide timely service to customer service through the phone. (在电话中向客人提供及时服务)
2.Assist boutique supervisor to do the maintenance checking and follow up (协助店铺维修主管完成店铺维修检查和报告)
3.Boutique daily report submitting – Boutique daily sales report, traffic analysis, capture rate statistics, etc (店铺相关报告完成)
4.Boutique consuming material management - applying, distribution and controlling (店铺耗材管理)
5.Assist boutique e-mail checking and information sharing with boutique management team (协助主管收发店铺邮件)
Office maintenance (保持办公室整洁)
6.Sharing boutique daily operation work whereas needed/instructed by the boutique managers (完成店铺主管交给的不定时工作)
