Qualification Requirements
- BA or Master in Finance & Controlling, Business Administration, International Business
- Internship experience in multinational company
- Strong analytical and structural skills with a good business sense and entrepreneurial attitude
- Ability to analyzing complex structures and develop robust processes
- High motivation to work on projects with different functions (legal, finance,procurement) and in an intercultural environment
- High ability for self-motivation and willingness to succeed as a team rather than as an individual
- Effective communication skills (English/ Chinese)
- Excellent command of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to learn German
