Job Description:
1. Define, design, and implement large-scale distributed online role-playing software applications.
2. Estimate engineering costs, plan implementation, and roll out system changes that meet requirements for functionality, performance, scalability, reliability, and adherence to development goals and principles.
3. Must be able to independently design code and test major features, as well as work jointly with other team members to deliver complex changes.
4. Must be able to effectively collaborate in a fast-paced environment with multiple teams in a large organization (engineers, QA, product managers, etc).


Requirements:
1. Excellent written and verbal communications skills both in Chinese and English.
2. Above college degree with a CS/Math Major, or a technical major with a CS Minor.
3. Solid coding practices with C or Java including good documentation, unit testing, peer code-reviews and object-oriented design/coding skills.
4. Passion for games and/or online social networking software applications.
