JOB TITLE : Graduate Project Manager
REPORTING TO : Team Leader
Role:
- To provide services across a broad spectrum of the PM product range based on personal experience and professional training
- To deliver key elements of larger Project Management assignments and also a wider array of tasks on smaller assignments under the supervision of the Project Manager or other senior line manager
Responsibilities:
- To provide all work outputs in an accurately and timely manner
- Capable of delivering full project management service on a variety of projects with little need for supervision
- Working under more remote supervision of a Project Manager
- Have a 'can do' attitude to using technical or professional expertise to solve internal/external issues and generate a creative, practical service
Skills / Experience Required:
- Recognized degree or equivalent in related disciplines
- Knowledge of fundamental PM systems and procedures in the construction industry
- Always have clear thought and focus on the important core of the problem
- Professional special skills (Architectural & Construction studies, M&E knowledge)
- Proficient in related software (ACAD, Project, Powerpoint)
JOB TITLE : Graduate Quantity Surveyor
REPORTING TO : Team Leader
Job Role:
· To act in the capacity of Quantity Surveyor.
· Carry out cost management and contract administration duties with reasonable supervision and guidance.
· To provide all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
· Provide Cost Advice and Cost Planning including estimate, financial feasibility and comparative design studies, cost-in-use studies, life cycle costing, turnover/cash flow projections and profit/loss forecasts, cost control and cost report during pre-contract period.
· Provide Contract Documentation including Tender Document, Tender Report, Pre-contract correspondence, LOA and contract documents.
· Contract Services including all post-contract services, for example VO, Claims, Payment, Financial Report, Final Account and attending project meetings.
· Provide Retail Banking Sector knowledge as an expert.
· Provide QS role pro-actively and professionally.
· Provide professional reports better than traditional QS service.
Skills / Experience Required:
· Good communication, inter-personal and supervisory kills.
· Be prepared to travel outstation but not long period business trip.
· Fluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
· Minimum 2 years working experience in related field or higher.
· Recognized Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
· Professional qualification is preferable.
