Job Introduction: The main task is to receive visitors and clients and answer phone calls. Furthermore this function will offer office/administrative support to other Company's functions. The work is performed at the front office desk.
Educational Background: Graduating student or high school degree.
Key Competencies: Initiative, goal oriented, good judgment; attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines; must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
Language Requirements: a very good level of written and spoken English and Chinese is mandatory
Job Description:
- Front Desk (receiving calls, documents and book keeping, photocopying, fax, handling mail, receiving visitors, etc.)
- Name cards printing
- Purchasing and handling of stationery and office articles based on Secretarial Services requests
- Hotel booking, air tickets, etc.
- Operative assistance to the Company's functions
- Office cleaning handling
