岗位职责：
1. 辅助制作培训讲义，进行网上搜索摘录、制作PPT等电子文档；
2. 安排培训的行政事务；
3. 负责流程表单操作、相关文件制作/跟踪/归档；
4. 系统信息的更新；
5. 培训公司的联络和安排；
6. 制作培训后的简报；
7. 及其他HR相关事务。
岗位描述：
1. 本科，人力资源相关专业毕业为佳，英语水平良好, 中英文翻译；
2. 中文口头和书面表达能力强；
3. 良好沟通，会澄清、过程中确认；
4. 良好的学习能力和爱好；
5. 熟练操作Excel/Word/PPT及文件的制作和管理能力；
6. 较强的网上的搜索能力；
7. 新主题的信息整合、归纳、书面表述的能力；
8.家住公司附近者优先考虑。
