1997年12月，延锋伟世通汽车饰件系统有限公司和美国江森自控国际有限公司共同投资，成立了上海延锋江森座椅有限公司（以下简称延锋江森）。从成立之初，延锋江森就主动以全球化战略定位公司的经营方略，按全球化要求推进持续化发展。2005年，公司位列上海工业企业500强第43位。2006年公司实现销售51.5亿元，出口1.23亿美元。

Company Profile
Shanghai Yanfeng Johnson Controls Seating Company was founded in Dec 1997, jointly invested by Shanghai Yanfeng Visteon and Johnson Controls. 专 业：
机械工程、车辆工程、材料科学与工程、化工、物流管理、工业设计、工业工程、项目管理，纺织等相关专业
基本条件：
ü 全国重点院校本科学历；
ü 英语六级，听说读写流利；
ü 会日语或韩语者优先考虑；
ü 成绩优秀，有奖学金者优先考虑；
