工作职责：
1、对员工进行相关知识以及产品知识培训；
2、协调培训工作事务，掌握培训需求，指导监督培训计划的有效执行；
3、负责完成部门安排的公开课和企业内部培训的实施；
4、负责培训过程记录及相关资料归档；
5、负责大型培训的前期各项准备工作；
6、参与策划部门举行的大规模活动。
任职要求：
1、具备金融证券及营销专业知识，表达能力强，有语言及形体感染力更佳；
2、专科以上学历，金融、经济、财务、法律、心理学、市场营销等相关专业，能力强者可不受专业及学历限制。
3、富有挑战意识的应届毕业生或者相关行业的培训人员都可以大胆尝试。
