Main Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in admin work of Service Department.
- Assist to prepare projects, contract and other related document.
- Assist to manage the database and the CRM system.
- Assist to arrange internal meeting and write up the meeting minute.
- Assist in the CS stock control.
Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor degree, major in English is preferred.
- College /university student.
- Female is preferred.
- Careful, conscientious, patient and can work hard.
- Good practical computer skills with Excel, Word, etc.
- Good English in Reading, writing and speaking is preferred.
