Main Responsibilities Include:
- Answer incoming calls in Mandarin and English and ensure
right transfer of phone call.
- Greeting incoming visitors.
- Arrange couriers to collect and dispatch out going mails.
- Manage Courier and vendors.
- Hotel booking and air tickets ordering.
- Car and Taxi booking and arrangement.
Requirements:
- College /university students.
- Good oral English.
- Internal Customer oriented.
- Good team work.
工作地点：北京
主要职责：
- 中英文前台接听电话，正确转接电话。
- 礼貌接待来客，并负责快递和信件的接收和发送。
- 管理供应商，如快递公司和办公用品厂商。
- 飞机票，火车票及酒店的预定和协调。
- 车辆的预定和安排。
要求：
- 在校学生。
- 良好的中英文沟通能力。
- 良好的客户服务意识。
- 团队合作。
其它：
- 工作时间：每周能工作5天，每天8小时 ；
- 工作时期：能持续工作6-9个月。
- 有机会转为正式录用。
- 工作地点：北京市朝阳区东四环中路56号远洋国际中心A座第12层1201-1203室。
