Job Description:
职位描述:
|
1. Prepare inspection documents for incoming inspection, maintain inspection plan archive
2. People Leadership (Target setting and controlling, Performance Appraisal, Feedback and Recognition, People Placement Planning, People Development, etc.)
3. Document and file inspection results and supplier certificates, maintain archive
4. Dispose the quality problems occurred on purchased parts
5. Coordinate inspection of the outsourcing products insupplier
6. Support and provide assistant to other department like new developing of R&D, technical issue of Production/Purchasing.
7. Control the rejected production in SAP system.
8. Checking the goods drawing and highlight the missing and questions.
9. Make the training process for the staffs below his(her) level.

Qualification and Requirements
任职要求:
|
1. University degree in mechanical or materials science
2. Enjoy the challenge of working under pressure to meet relevant requirements
3. Self-motivated, good team-work spirit
4. English skills both in oral and written
5. Good at Word, Excel and PPT or similar software experience
6. Good at Auto CAD
