Responsibility:
1 Accounting
- Responsible for bookkeeping of AR invoice
- Accounts Receivable confirmations
- Accounts Receivable regular aging report to sales team and follow up on overdue items
- Preparing the sales reports by customers and by Category in month-end
- Supporting on month closing and year-end
- Supporting in Forecast & Budget
2 Taxes
- Issuing VAT invoices and keeping recording and confirmation with Customers
- Preparing documents according as tax officer order
- Preparing documents according as China Custom order
3 Audit
- Supporting in annual auditing
- Assisting in government annual auditing
4 Group Reporting
- Supporting in group reports
5 Project
- Supporting in various projects
Requirements:
1.College degree or above, majoring in Accounting/Financial field or related
2.Accounting Certification required
3.Familiar with financial software related, SAP preferred
4 Proficient in MS office software
5.Have a good command of both spoken and written English
6.Good time-management and communication skills
