Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for answering correspondence, and sending application forms to prospective clients. May assist with preparation of specific test schedules and data sheets.
2.Handling contract storage, payment handling, generate performa invoice
3.Communicates with managerial and nonmanagerial personnel and clients by telephone, in person, and by correspondence to clarify information pertinent to product description and to transmit information relative to the preparation of engineering reports and correspondence.
4.Uses system software to prepare letters and technical reports for laboratory test data sheets, test records, product descriptions, and report photographs.
5.Performs other duties as directed.
Job Requirements:
1.Working knowledge of the technical vocabulary common to the appropriate discipline.
2.Keyboarding, data entry, and standard office software skills as required by the position.
3.Higher Secondary Education ( High School Diploma)
