Federal-Mogul is developing its presence within the Asia Pacific region, and has successfully established eight WOFEs or JVs in China, including seven plants and one trading company. They are distributed in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Qingdao, Nanchang, Wuhan and Anqing. Shanghai office is the headquarters of Federal-Mogul in China and Asia Pacific. The technical center and corporate office is in the setting up process.
