Requirements
   Bachelor's degree or above on Human Resources Management, Business, Psychology or equivalent  
   Good command of English  
   Strong Organizing skills, communication skills and team spirit 
   Work at least 3 days pre week 
Responsibilities 
 1. Support training manager on the training programs design and organization 
 Establish training catalogue  
 Prepare training materials  
 Identify the right participants to the right training 
 Prepare the training logistics to make sure the training go smoothly 
 Summary report & Evaluation report of the training 
 Make the training payment 
2. Maintain  the training database 
 Summarize the training report for each training 
 Update the yearly training report 
 Maintain the employee training record in Artemis 
 Update the external vendor list 
3. Participate in other relevant activities  
 Maintain the internal library and organize reading/sharing club 
 Support to edit Quarterly Training newsletter 
 Support on other activities or project if needed
