Research Associate (Permanent)

Responsibilities:

1. Assisting Senior Consultant to follow up the project process；

2. Analyzing job description and efficiently work out target Companies in the right industry;

3. Identifying suitable candidates through various channels;

4. Conducting preliminary screening of the candidates approached;

5. Managing and updating candidate database.

 

Requirements:

1.           University degree or above;

2.           1 year experience in recruiting or executive search;

3.           Effective communicator, good interpersonal skills;

4.           Energetic and passionate for the job.
