A high level of English language² proficiency.
2-3 years English teaching experience, especially ages² 5-11;
A good understanding of the Chinese education system, grades 1-5² preferred;
(knowledge of the western education system and/or teaching methodology would be an asset)
Have a good understanding of the needs of² the young learners, particularly young ESL learners.
Good computer skills² e.g.: MSWord, (Power Point an asset)
具有较高流利水平的英文。
2到3年的英文教学经验,²最好是5-11岁儿童英文教育。
很好的了解中国1-5年级教育体制, 最好理解西方教育体系和教学方法。
很好的了解儿童学习的需求,特别是第二外语学习者。
熟练电脑操作技巧, 比如, 微软word, 最好是Power Point。
