爱立信紧急补招Integration & Verification Engineer (Broadband Access)
　　Are you interested in the advanced broadband network technology and willing to participate in building the all connecting world of next generation? Are you eager to work with experts from the most famous multinational company with 130+ year's history? Ericsson China DO BBA is looking for I&V engineers who love commercial product development and have solid engineering knowledge with great passion.
Responsibilities 
1.Carry out the assigned tasks and report progress to the team leader and project managers. 
2.Work on the R&D products to ensure the designed products fulfill the requirement of customer in an efficient way. 
3.Design, review, execute, and debug the test. Report issue (TR) found during the test and verify the fix of the TR 
4.Participate in pre-studies, ensuring transfer of applicable knowledge. 
Qualifications 
1.Master degree in CS, EE, Telecom or other Science and Engineering 
2.Excellent knowledge of your major 
3.Fast learning and passionate in learning new technology 
4.Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English 
5.Excellent teamwork and cooperation spirit, both professional and personal integrity, proactive and positive working attitude 
6.Understand and love to work on commercial product verification and quality insurance 
7.Working experience with telecom or IT company will be a plus 
8.Knowledge of software engineering will be a plus 
9.Knowledge or experience with at least one of the following areas will be a plus: 
(1)xPON systems and other FTTx technologies (Especially GPON) 
(2)xDSL systems and technologies 
(3)L2 & L3 Ethernet Switching 
(4)Routing 
(5)Network Management 
(6)SNMP
