爱立信2011校园招聘紧急补招Datacom Software Design Engineer
Job Objective: 
This position is to develop IP and broadband product in MINI LINK products area, where Ericsson takes the industry leading role. 
As software design engineer, develop or modify the products to meet the customer's requirements as well as fulfill the business requirements on cost, time and quality. 
Responsibilities: 
1.Responsible for writing technical documents, e.g. Implementation proposal, Design specification, Test specification, and etc. 
2.Responsible for coding, unit Test, basic integration Test of SW functions 
3.Integrate software with third part software modules 
4.Review source code & documents 
5.Efficiently communicate with engineers from other teams in China and other countries 
Qualification Requirements: 
1.M.Sc. in Computer Science or Telecommunication Engineering or related discipline 
2.Strong C programming skills, knowledge on C++ is a plus 
3.Quick learning capability 
4.Capacity for independent thinking 
5.Must be self-motivated, good team player; be able to work cohesively within the team and across geographically spread teams to accomplish results 
6.Good technical writing, communication skills and high proficiency in English both oral and written 
7.Knowledge on Ethernet protocol (IEEE 802.1D, 802.1Q, 802.1ad, etc) is a plus 
8.Knowledge on IPv4/v6 routing is a plus 
9.RTOS embedded experience (VxWorks, PSOS, Linux OS) is a plus
