职位描述
1. 在资深顾问指导下主动向潜在目标客户推荐猎头服务，通过有效沟通，开拓市场，完成公司制定的任
务。
2. 与客户保持有效的沟通，了解客户情况，分析职位需求，为客户提供专业的建议并获得客户委托。
3. 通过各种寻访渠道与技巧，为客户寻访优秀的合适的人才。
4. 与人才进行有效沟通，针对客户职位要求对人才进行沟通、评估、筛选与推荐。
5. 与团队合作，成功完成各项人才寻访委托任务。
职位要求
1. 大专以上学历。
2. 电脑操作熟练，熟悉互联网。
3. 语言表达流利，良好的英语听说读写能力；沟通和学习能力强。
4. 具有良好的沟通协调能力与市场开拓能力；具有强烈的自我成长欲望。
5. 高度的工作热情和主动性，能承受压力；能适应快节奏的工作方式。
6. 工作地点：深圳(罗湖区) /广州(越秀区)/上海(黄浦区)。
7. 工作时间：五天工作制。
