职位描述
1. 在资深顾问指导下向潜在目标客户推荐公司的猎头服务，进行有效的市场开拓工作，完成任务目标。
2. 与客户保持有效的沟通，了解客户情况，分析职位需求，为客户提供专业的建议并获得客户委托。
3. 与团队合作，成功完成各项工作任务。
4. 关注行业及知名企业发展动向，建立广泛的人脉关系搜集深入的行业信息。
职位要求
1. 应届毕业生，大专及以上学历；专业不限。
2. 电脑操作熟练；具备一定的搜索能力。
3. 语言表达流利，良好的英语听说读写能力；沟通和学习能力强。
4. 热爱销售工作，愿意作为长期职业发展的目标。
5. 性格开朗，富有激情，能承受压力；有意向从事电话销售的工作；能适应快节奏的工作方式。
6. 具有强烈的自我成长欲望。
7. 工作地点：深圳(罗湖区)/广州(越秀区)/上海(黄浦区)。
8. 工作时间：五天工作制。
